PLEDGES & FEES

How much does it cost?

The number one question we are asked is “how much does it cost?” Quest for Education and Arts is a non-profit enrichment center funded entirely by generous donations. We ask parents to come alongside our organization with a financial pledge to help support the mission of Quest for their participant and others around Southern Arizona.

With your pledge, Quest is able to provide supplemental education through experiential hands-on opportunities. While the recommended minimum pledge does not cover our entire program costs, we are confident God will supply the additional funds for our organization to continue offering top quality innovative courses.

Is it helpful for us to pledge more than the minimum?

Quest incurs $708 worth of expenses per student, per class, for the year. We are immensely appreciative of all our generous donors who play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the minimum pledge and our total costs. A mere 16% of our overall donations are allocated towards administrative expenses, demonstrating our commitment to maximizing the impact of our program's growth through the unwavering support of our dedicated donors.

ARE THERE ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING?

Quest does assess some fees to participate in our program. These fees help with administrative setup of your student’s accounts and provide funding for supplies to ensure our courses remain hands-on and experiential. **Please note: donations can not be applied to fees, costumes, or club costs.**

  • Program Fee - $50 per student *annual; nonrefundable

  • Supply Fee - $200 per family *annual; nonrefundable

  • Fine Arts Fee - $100 per student *annual; nonrefundable, only applied if participating in our fine arts program.

(We will offer a 50% discount to this fee if paid in full by December 1st of the program year.)

  • Drop Fee - $400 *per dropped class; nonrefundable, applied if a class is dropped after the 2-week drop period.

2024 - 2025 PLEDGES

Our pledge structure is changing for the program year 2024 - 2025! We understand the financial struggles currently faced by many families and we are committed to keeping the cost of participation as affordable as possible. Additionally, we have eliminated the pledge structure used in previous years. Pledges will now be assessed per course.

COURSE PLEDGES:

Standard Pledge: $550

The standard pledge amount of $550 covers 77% of the cost incurred by Quest for each child in a class, ensuring the affordability of our educational programs. This amount, which represents the minimum pledge required per class, plays a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide quality education and enriching experiences to all our students.

Full Pledge: $708

The full pledge amount of $708 covers 100% of the cost incurred by Quest for each child in a class, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our program. Your generous contribution goes a long way in supporting our mission to provide quality education and enriching experiences for all families in Tucson and the surrounding areas. Thank you for being a valuable part of our community.

Growth Pledge: $850+

The growth pledge of $850 or more provides us with the necessary resources to enhance and broaden our ministry outreach efforts significantly! Your generous support is invaluable as it enables us to reach a larger number of individuals and make an even greater impact in our community. Your contributions truly make a difference in fulfilling our mission.

Private Lesson Pledge: $1600

The private lesson pledge of $1600 allows us to provide top-tier instruction in a variety of disciplines for an entire program year. Our highly qualified instructors can take students of any age/level and help them hone their skills to reach their full potential.

Semi-Private Lesson Pledge: $1000

The semi-private lesson pledge of $1000 allows us to provide high quality personalized instruction to small groups of 2-3 participants. Our excellent instructors will maximize your participants lesson time by giving highly personalized and in-depth instruction to your participants.

PAYMENT DEADLINES:
